I am mainly looking to get a general estimate on how much things are worth, but I am also completely happy to sell through here if someone sees something they like. I live in Toronto Ontario and am happy to trade locally.

The main things I have:
About 60-70 White Dwarf magazines from between issue 105 and ~180 I also have another 20-30 books from around 225-275.

Rulebooks for:
Warhammer 40k 4th edition
fantasy 7th edition
Mordheim
Inquistor
gorkamorka - da uuver book
some old blood bowl books (rules, star players etc)
battlefleet gothic

Codexes/army books:
3rd edition eldar, orks and necrons

7th edition wood elves

I almost certainly have more books, but that's the first of it.

As for models I have a half painted woodelf battlelion + waywatchers + 2 spellcasters + general
painted tomb kings battlion + skull catapult + scorpian thing
mostly painted lot of orks with ~70+ boyz, 3-4 trukks, killakans, dreadnought, artillery pieces and more
Tons of other bits and models from imperial guard (lemun russ/infantry), necrons (2 squads + commander + destroyer squad), chaos, marines etc.

I also have the models from the battlefleetgothic core game, and some of the LoTR games.

How much are the white dwarves worth (considering decent condition, not M/NM)? And how much are assembled models generally worth under msrp?

I am looking for either of the two core fantasy/40k games with the small rule book and two armies, or any sealed battlion/battleforce. I also am happy to take cash/paypal
