Im fairly new to 40k and I am looking for a local group that plays once a week or once every 2 weeks as a group, I really want to start playing but the only people i know who are interested never want to play or are never available. I play Nurgle Chaos Marines and will be making a Tyranid army when the new codex comes.

Check out Games & Gizmos in Redmond. Isn't there a Mugu games or something up your way? Also, that gaming tavern -name escapes me for some reason

If it's still there, there is a local Games Workshop at the Alderwood Mall, they do regular tournaments table top gaming with 40k and fantasy, they can get you hooked up on a schedule also you can schedule some free time to play the game with a friend they always love live demonstration of the game. Also a good way to meet new comers that are on the same level as you and make some good friends. Watch out for the Ork Boyz they tend to drag people the Orky side. Haha

Mugu games has a decent gaming area. they have a HUGE selection of stuff there as well.
I am just getting back into 40k myself and am going to be purchasing and painting an Eldar army. I would be interested in meeting up at Mugu to paint and play sometime soon.
AFK Tavern does not really have space for 40k that I know of.
The Alderwood mall GW store move to a strip mall a few miles away. I stopped in there a week or so ago and was not really impressed with the new layout or gaming area.

Mugu is the best. Huge space, great selection, and 20% off all the time.
GW Lynnwood is on 44th by I-5. Not much space.
AFK Tavern, I wouldn't recommend gaming there, as it'd be a pain to haul terrain and armies in and out, especially if busy.
