Seems okay, a lot of good stuff in there certainly.

The thing that stands out is the small Warrior brood. They will die first in any objective mission, both to deny you a scoring unit, and to grab first blood for themselves.

Also 10 devourer gaunts is not going to last long once down, and with so few can easily fail to do any significant damage. (with lots of MC's around, anti-infantry fire will go straight into them, and wipe them out quickly). Oh and Tau with their interceptor fire could cause issues here as well.

Due to the changes in the rage rule, I'm not sure that the trygons need the prime upgrade. Certainly you could drop it on one of them, especially if they are going to be near to each other on the board.

I would definitely favour a second tervigon as troops to give you more solid objective holding. I believe there is enough points for this if you drop the devourers, their spore, the warriors, and a prime upgrade.

Flying Tyrant is strong, as are the Ymgarls, and the Doom (keep out of interceptor LOS when dropping).

All in all a decent list, but could be improved (principally for missions with multiple objectives).

Hope this is useful.
