So I am looking at downsizing my sm army by a huge amount. I want necron/tau models only. I am not picky about the necrons but I refuse to take kroot or vespid models from tau.

Haves:
5 10 man assault squads (set up for crusader squads, 1 powerfist per and a maul on sgt. One squad is dual power axe and about 20 of them have magnetic backs to be jump marines)
1 partially built and primed red storm raven (have all the bits for it on sprue)
20 scouts, some shotguns some ccw/bolt pistol

Can we assume these to be painted in Black Templar colors? Or what?
