So that is my take on a 1000 point Star Phantom list, I am short by 30 points however. And I am not even sure if this is going to be a good list. What do you guys think?

I would go for MM on the Tac Squads. If you can find the points, I would take MM and Drop Pods for the Devs as well.

Wait did you say... drop pods for the Devastator squads as well.

More pods means more coming down Turn 1, which is usually what you want. The Devs don't have to go inside them.
