Just kinda came up this idea of lots of heavy hitting CC units backed by venoms and the bomber. Baron and farseer with beasts, Haemonculi with Grots and Wracks. Wraithknight absorbs fire, shoots tanks, gets into CC as well if I feel he can clean up quickly. Comes out to 1848/1850.

I really like the theme of the list. Having a grot unit, beastpack and wraithknight can put a lot on your opponents front door early on.
I see the guardians are functioning as an ally tax. Without a serpent, they will never get close enough to use their catapults. Without weapon platforms, they can't contribute to long range fire. I would drop these for something more durable, either rangers or jetbikes. Both have merits, although jetbikes are a bit better. Another option would just be 5 dire avengers to fufill the troop requirement, but I would go against that. You could give the guardians a weapon platform to sit and shoot from, but Ld8 and 5+ armor with no cover boost is not the most reliable for a camping unit.
If you can muster spare points, take a 9th wrack, maybe take 10 for 2 liquifier guns and an acothyst with a venom blade or stinger pistol. You can put the hamey's with the grots for fearless(at Ld8 they need it). Also, a shattershard is great, but a backup liquifier gun always helps.
For your farseer powers, always try to grab fortune/doom. If you fail to get either in a roll on runes of fate, take guide and go to divination. Getting prescience for the beastpack is great, but forwarning can be good for the army too. Then telepathy if you have spare rolls. Invisibility, hallucination, puppet master or psychic shriek all work.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Yeah I was thinking rangers sitting in ruins would probably be a better performing "allytax" as you said. I could fit in more wracks and aethersails.
Do you think that rangers in cover would survive better than like 3 bikes? I'm not looking for this small eldar troop to do much offense.

3 jetbikes are way better than 5 rangers. Neither have much offense but having a scoring/denial unit that can cover 48" in a turn is invaluable in objective missions, plus they're cheaper.
Dropping the Guardians for 3 bikes leaves you with 41 points to play with (since you had 2 left to begin with), and there's plenty of fun stuff you could do with that.
-extra beastmaster, 2 more razorwings, spear for farseer
-drop 1 wrack for another 3 man jetbike unit
-flesh gauntlet for the aberration, spirit stone for farseer, extra wrack
-etc. etc. etc.
