I've built up a very fluffy list with my Raven Guard army and I was curious if it was in any way competitive.

Kayvaan Shrike: 185 Points
Tactical Squad: 170 Points - 10 Marines, Plasma Gun, Plasma Cannon
Scout Squad: 140 Points - 10 Scouts, 10 Sniper Rifles, Camo Cloaks
Scout Squad: 55 Points - 5 Scouts w/bolters
Assault Squad: 210 Points - 10 Marines, 2 Flamers, Sgt w/Power Fist
Vanguard Veterans: 250 Points - 10 Veterans, 10 Jump Packs, Sgt w/Lightning Claw and Plasma Pistol
Vanguard Veterans: 250 Points - 10 Veterans, 10 Jump Packs, Sgt w/Lightning Claw and Plasma Pistol
Devastators: 170 Points - 5 Marines, 4 Missile Launchers w/Flakk Missiles
Land Speeder Squadron: 225 Points - 3 Speeders, 3 Heavy Bolters, 3 Typhoon Missile Launchers
Aegis Defense Line: 100 Points - Quad Gun

That's 1755 points total. The devs would sit in the ADL and let the Sgt fire the quad gun for extra AA support. Or thinking of adding in an extra marine dev to man that to free up the Sgt to grant that BS5 to one of the missiles. Combat squad the tacticals and move the plasma gun unit to another objective. Scout squad with bolters can move around to an objective. Kayvaan would be stuck in with one of the jump pack units rushing across the board. The speeders stay at range and try to pop what they can effectively engage. Looking for some feedback either positive or negative on this list. I'd really like to keep the armor out of the list if at all possible.

My secondary list is more white scars looking but they're already painted like Raven Guard so that's a bummer.

Captain: 110 Points - Bike
Tactical Squad: 170 Points - 10 Marines, Plasma Gun, Plasma Cannon
Bike Squad: 253 Points - 8 Bikers, Multi Melta Attack Bike, 2 Plasma Guns
Attack Bike Squad: 110 Points - 2 Multi Melta Attack Bikes
Land Speeder Squadron: 225 Points - 3 Speeders, 3 Heavy Bolters, 3 Typhoon Missile Launchers
Devastators: 170 Points - 5 Marines, 4 Missile Launchers w/Flakk Missiles
Aegis Defense Line: 100 Points - Quad Gun

That's 1138 points total. Its obviously a faster moving army that can still bring some decent firepower to the fight. I was thinking off adding in either a tau suit ally or a drop pod Space Wolves ally. Which one do you guys think would compliment the fast moving bikes and speeders best to make it a more effective force? Again, any comments either positive or negative are appreciated.

Well, the second army looks quite promising. I'd add some anti-air in the form of some flyers. The Dev squad is too small for serving this purpose.

He does have both the Flakk Devs and the quad-gun. That should be enough AA regardless, though he does have points for a Stormraven and/or Stormtalon.

Are the allies not viable with the second list? Or should I start looking into scooping up some aircraft to add to it?
