Well I made the dive, going to get my first game or two this weekend. So far I have bought two starter sets, one HWK (my favorite rebel ship look wise), one A-wing and one B-wing. I also got an Tie Interceptor and a Lamaba (my favorite imperial ship look wise).
I plan on getting a YT-1300 and a Firespray. Once I find them a X-wing and Y-wing will be on the list and at least 1 bomber and anther Interceptor.

I should post some list ideas later this week.

Somebody posted that Amazon has all wave 1 ships on Amazon, available with prime shipping. They're all at retail value. That includes your X-wing and Y-wing needs. Hope you get to them before they sell out.

So just wanted to report an epic shot in a game today. A shuttle with on hull point left, at range one killed an A-wing in one shot. 1 crit and 3 hit, while I lost the game, I left very proud of my shuttle when he did that.
