Well, the BA detachment looks reasonable. It can be used as a counterstrike force or as an offensive force attacking the enemy at a weaker spot.

I will probably swap the Dreadnought powers for Divination and run him with the tanks, handing out prescience.

The nice thing about the assault marines is it also gives me reliable deepstriking melta. Or a counterattack if I think I need it.

I feel like I am kind of light on troops, but I don't really have anywhere to drop points. 40 vets and 10 marines should be enough to hold objectives, right?

With the vets, you can always have them go to ground on an objective for the extra cover bonus. If it looks like you are going to need them back up, then give the order. Marines are always good for holding objectives also, especially since they can hold their own in CC. I don't know about all the meltas though, unless you know you are going up against some heavy armor or T4+ infantry. Might have trouble taking out a infantry blob.

What is the point of the Command squad? He is not giving orders to anything. May as well Drop your Command squad and bring something else in his place.

RAW, the Libby dread can't switch out powers(via Errata).

I would try to get a Drop Pod for the Dread and take Fear of the Darkness, so you can run a mini Fear Circus.

Where in the Errata dose it say this? I don't see it.

And couldn't I make him a mobile 5+ save machine with Wings and Shield? (Because shield effects all friendly units.)

I am taking the command squad because everyone and their mother is telling me to take a command squad.

Depending on how the Inquisition codex goes, they might get swapped for an inquisitor. Or I could go back to my old stanby and go with a LC with twin plasma pistols.

I am banking on hordes not being there.

I used to run platoons, but I stopped after Tau came out. And my local meta is not big on hordes (zombies and 30 man blobs are the only thing). Plus, I can demolisher/ multilaser hordes. I should be able to out maneuver them as well.
