What you're looking for is the Hordes Two-Player Battlebox- that's all it's called, as PP isn't as insistent on coming up with unique names for everything as some companies.
I don't know where it's cheapest, but if you have a friend who also wants to get in, splitting it with them is a good way to go.
Welcome to Warmahordes!

25% off MSRP and free shipping on Amazon if you have Prime.
http://www.amazon.com/Hordes-Two-Player-Battle-Box-PIP70001/dp/B009CZYPVY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1384407016&sr=8-1&keywords=hordes+two+player+battle+box
Most other stores tend to be around a 20% discount and unless you order a certain amount of other stuff still have to pay shipping.
I myself lucked out and got it for like $20 from a buddy.

discountgamesinc.com has a standard 30% discount on Warmahordes items and free shipping at $50, but you appear to be in the UK so I doubt that applies.

I just added to 2 pennies to another discussion about this, but I gotta throw in Battle College + War Room strategy. Read the wiki to see what you would like to play, download War Room and make a few small lists, then buy a battlegroup or the 2p battlebox if you like either of the factions in it (it comes with a rulebook) and go from there. I still don't have a MK2 rulebook............... I suck.
[EDIT] I don't have a HARDCOVER rulebook.
