Ok, gotcha. I've not played in over a decade so forgive my ignorance. The scout rule gets them an extra 6" move before the game? Your force seems extremely shooty, if you engage a unit in
CC with scouts then you can't shoot at that squad. Are the scouts somewhat sacrificial, hold up a squad while you concentrate fire on the rest of the opposing force, then pick off the unit that may or may not defeat your scouts?
