Warstore is good but I'm not a fan of the $7 s&h! I always lose in eBay and Amazon is decent I found one box for about $40 including shipping. Anyone know of anywhere else?

Questions regarding where to procure goods from retailers are better directed to the Dakka Discussions area.
Having said that: Miniature Market is another option, though to get free shipping, you would need to order at least $100 worth of items (though with prices these days, that's not terribly difficult to do).

While I normally would agree, this would fit more under the auspices of "where are places to buy models/gaming stuff" rather than necessarily a 40k-centric discussion.
That the OP is looking specifically for Necron models is sort of incidental.

There is a company called Discount Games Store that I have been very happy with. Their prices are 20% off MSRP and they offer free shipping. Here is their webpage www.discountgamesstore.com
On the last price list they sent me, price for a box of wraiths is $37 and free shipping

Puppets War used to sell "not" Wraiths but I haven't seen them available in a long while. Hopefully they'll start up again.
