I've started working on Abyssal Gark, from DeepWars game.



I'm trying to replicate the color effect of the drawing in the book, and wanted to share some early pics to get some impressions.



I'm not the kind of painter that keeps other areas clean, so I ususally don't share wips, but for this one I would like to get some comments. Does the 'randomly' shaded skin looks silly?
