Cotaez is the warlord and hangs with the blob making them stubborn and casting Div on other parts of the army. The rest just shoots every turn and guys jump out of planes late game to claim ojectives or kill things.

Wouldn't the 336pts of Sabre platforms be wasted seeing as you already have 5 flyers in the list?

If you dropped those you could have two blobs of 30 with a second inquisitor leading the other one.

Deep strikers. Pod lists. Nasty Necron list etc. Cotaez also has a bit of extra deep strike defence just for a bit more punch. The Sabres are also pretty good at shooting ground targets and are T7 so can be pretty hard to remove from ranged attacks.
