I was thinking about making the storm troops a squad of 10 and finding enough points to add a priest.

Geez dude, how many times do you plan on posting the exact same thing? You just posted this in your previous thread, and I've read your initial 'help me' post on at least 3 different threads.

As for the list itself, extra weapons on the LRBTs are a bad idea since they have to snap-fire. There are tons of inefficient purchases, like Extra armour, power weapon on an otherwise naked stormie squad, two doctrines on a single veteran squad, etc.

Honestly I just suggest that you lurk for a while on this forum and see what other people take for their lists to get an idea of what is efficient and what isn't.
