How's it hanging yall! Coming back into the game after over ten years away. Fell in love with the fluff back then, still love it now. It didn't help that I found my old dark elder army and a friend dropped an elder battle box in my lap after deciding that 40k wasn't for him. Now that I'm not 10 and can actually understand the rules/ tactics behind the army I feel I won't get tabled EVERY time and might be able to take a few wins in here or there but hey it's having fun that matters right? Yes that's a rhetorical question, yes I ask a lot of those. Any who, I was recommended to the site by a long time 40k player, I've been checking the forum for about a week and just started a profile so good to be here!

Sounds like you and I are both coming back to 40K from about the same hiatus. I recently joined Dakka too.

I'm from PDX, but living in Seattle. Last time I was down that way, I stopped by Bridgetowne on Sandy. If you haven't been there, you might check it out. Although, I forget which nights are 40K.

Bridgetown was my hobby shop back in the day and is still to this day! They do a 40k night Wednesday nights starting around 5-6pm and going till 9 or 10 sometimes later. Great bunch of laid back people playing as far as I can tell. But thanks for the warm welcome guys! and I will definitely check that out swan.
