I would start with some Assault on Black Reach Orks. It represents a very good value.
Other good purchases:
Lootas
Killa Kans
Mekboyz
Lots of Boyz
Deffkoptas
Trukks are decent but I prefer Battlewagons.
Look on Ebay or here in the trading forums for good deals.

There are very few shops there that sell 40k and also, when I ask them about 40k, they only knew the video game.

Hi and welcome to DakkaDakka, the first thing you would need is boyz, and lots of them! Then move onto stuff that Rabid Ferret suggested (apart from Killa Kans, they've never favoured well for me, but hey personal preference  Look through your codex and see what you like the look of and go from there
