Ok, going with some unconventional concepts here, such as no wave serpents, and using Jain Zar and Banshees. I'm sure it goes without saying this isn't for a tournament. ...
So, here goes:

x7 Swooping Hawks, Exarch w/ Sunrifle

Wraithknight, twin Heavy Wraithcannons

Figured on the Hawks and Wraithknight covering anti-tank while everything else covers......everything else l
I thought that testing the ridiculous amount of movement that Jain and her ladies can move and then run while still popping off a fair amount of AP2 shots while closing the distance would be worth trying. Guardians and Avengers cover objectives and midfield while the other more mobile parts do their things.
I thought about Serpents but don't really see what I'd like to remove, despite having over 400pts tied up into an HQ and a Heavy haha
I realize if I dropped Jain I could fit lots (like two squads of Spiders for example) and if dropped the Knight I could probably fit in a couple of grav tanks or even some Dragons in a Falcon.....but I dunno..

Any ideas? Lol

do you have a real thing for banshees? haha it sure seams so.
i dont like the fear power on the banshee exarch, better for probally disarming strike. (i believe she can take that)
i would drop swooping hawks down to 6 man, one being exarch and fill up the rest of the dire avengers to 10.

Well, picking it apart, its not for competitive play. Banshees do not have a place in a competitive list, dito for Swooping Hawks. Two HQs at the 1000 pt level are too much. Eldar troops on foot die too easily.

If you have a thing for banshees then just go with 2 x5 squads of rangers for object control, and then 30 banshees with jain zar. And as this isn't competitive just play with what you feel like for heavy and fast.
