its a solid list

Just know that the weak link of this army is going to be a your bloodletters. Just because you have 60 of them doesnt mean you may not lose all of them in a single round of shooting if you position them wrong.

A couple of their weaknesses:
only a 5++ save
T3 (a biggun)
no grenades, so often attack last

With this in mind, what some people do with bloodletters is:
have very few of them (2X10 bloodletters)
start with them off the board, and deepstrike them in to keep them safe for the first two or three turns
keep them in cover when they do arrive

if you play them like this you have more points for more flesh hounds or DPs

If you do not want to play them as passively as discussed above, try to have them be supporting units, assaulting units that other units are already in combat with. Seeing as how your DP and BT are just going to kill everything, this mostly applies to your flesh hounds and soul grinders. Have them work together.

Personally, I would have 2 squads of those Bloodletters carrying Instruments of Chaos. That way you can call in one without an instrument without having to roll for it One thing, though, what are you planning on using the exalted gift for? Is it simply because yes? Or do you want to exchange it for a Hellforged Artifact? If you want the exalted gift simply for the thought of it, I might suggest taking 2 Greater Gifts instead. That gives you a better chance of getting something delicious on your Bloodthirster, like FNP 4+, or +1 Wound and IWND. And if you happen to roll a 6, you can exchange that for the Blade of Blood. Sure, it's Unwieldy, making you I1, but the Rampage special rule will almost always benefit you unless he is hunting that special snowflake of your enemies
