Which one is more powerful / deadly and or dangerous?

40k due to numbers...Comparing races from different fictional universes is silly.

Any 40k race due to the simple facts that the federation is properly united, has reliable lines of communication and supply, contains many races outside humanity, can call upon allies outside of the federation when a threat such as the borg appears, is advancing technologically, is expanding, and has an almost utopian social structure without the need of money, thus levels of greed and corruption are reduced. The imperium has none of these benefits and has to worry about any of its own turning to choas at any moment.
