Below is my 1500 Iyanden list, in its most competitive configuration.  (Often, if I'm not concerned with maximum efficiency, I'll try to replace the Stormies with Vypers or more Aspects, and sometimes the Avatar and the Falcon-riders will go in favor of some Warp Spiders.)

My problem is that the list performs a little too well.  When I designed it, I expected that the very low model count and reliance on terrain (for cover and hiding skimmers) would make the army tough to play.  As it's turned out, the dearth of targets for small arms has made everything but the enemy's special and heavy weapons rather useless - a winning tactic when designing lists, but one that I think I've taken a little too far for use in friendly games.  I don't play regularly against Guard (whom I suspect would dismantle this), but I've had great success against all other opponents with this list, from Tyranids to the podders you Dakka guys like so much to the new Tau.

The most common complaint I hear is the three identical Heavies, so my question to you is, if I remove a Falcon (and its passengers), what can I do with those points that maintains the fluffiness of the army (no large units of infantry)  while retaining at least some of its tactical cohesion (no particularly nice targets for small arms)?  Keep in mind that the elites and fast attack are malleable as well; really only the Troops, Heavies, and the Farseer are musts.
