Don't really use Khorn so can't help you there, but if you can take a demon prince of Khorn that would add the Khorn in your army. If you are playing competitively then don't use a lot or any at all Khorn berserkers for they are not very good right now. Now on to nurgle I don't recommend taking typhus with a demon prince or with another HQ for Khorn (if you take another HQ) for he is a lot of points and chaos lord with mark of nurgle is pretty cheap and still very good. With a HQ with the mark of nurgle you get plague marines for troops and these guys are very good, hard to kill, and get two special weapons at a smaller squad size than other CSM, which is good for these guys do take their fair share of points. There are other units in the CSM codex which do very well with the mark of nurgle.

Everywhere at once..

Another thought would be a squad of Attack Bikes with 2 meltas and the mark of Slannesh (added movement) for hunting tanks/armor.
I would say at least 5 - 7 of them.

But you could use the mark of Nurgle and give them that added toughness instead its whatever you wanna do man.

If you're looking for things to start a nurgle CSM list with, look at:

7 Plague Marines in a rhino with 2 plasma guns. This is by far the most common loadout Plague Marines are taken as, which is great because they are conveniently sold in groups of 7. Only problem there is that the GW kit only comes with 1 plasma gun.
Lots of Cultists. Taking lots of typhus zombies is very fun and very meta when it comes to Nurgle CSM. If you want to go all out, dont get the cultist models, but some fantasy zombies.
Obliterators and Heldrakes, two of the strongest CSM units stats wise. Obliterators are generally best taken with the mark of nurgle.
Plaguebearers. If you take Daemon allies for the all powerful flesh hounds and bloodthirsters of khorne, you must take a troop choice. These guys are good for holding objectives, while bloodletters are good at dying and nothing else, so you will want to take these.

If you're looking for things to start a khorne CSM list, look at:

Land Raiders. Khorne Beserkers lack the ability to deep strike and rhinos simply lack the ability to deliver CC units into combat, so they are left with Land Raiders to transport them.
As above mentioned, flesh hounds and a bloodthirster.

Then typhus and Kharn of course.
