I've always loved Inquisitor Karamazov and his ability to target his own troops with orbital bombardment, but it was just too impractical in a Grey Knight list, where your troops are far, far too valuable to risk.

However now that Codex: Inquisition basically allows you to stick the K-man in almost any Imperium army, I've got the urge to use him. My question to Dakka is: what list would make the best use of Karamazov? I realize this isn't going to be competitive, but I still want a list that has a fighting chance against other "decent" lists.
