Crazed Flagellant

I was trying to see what the most watband-y army I could get out of what I already own (almost own, still need a Valkyrie to finish this list) and this is what I came up with. My one question, the Inquisition Codex says that the IC Warbands are only scoring if it's the primary detachment. Does having Coteaz in my army override that, so all my Warbands are scoring? If not, does anyone have a work around? The primary strength of this group is that they're all, potentially, scoring units.

That's it basically, and.i think you get the idea. Some squads move up field to take objectives in the chimeras, divination everywhere, servo skulls everywhere, one squad back fielding it and taking care of AA and the Valkyrie dropping a hot death CC star somewhere in the back field. I'm actually about to build my DCA from a box of the new witch elves and my crusaders are going to be kit bashed flagellants with power axes.

Like I said, I basically own this army right now, and my goal is to put as much Melta and divination on the field as possible, I've run it at 1500 points, without the CC unit, and when it works, it works amazing. When my monkeys roll 2 on the upgrade charts, I haven't lost a game, even just 1 out if the three. There's nothing that stands up to 36" multimelta, just... Nothing. I've not fought a true horde or flying circus, but I think a horde would give 3 S9 AP1 blasts per turn little trouble.
