I'm looking for a place or somewhere online that is based in the UK a real or online shop that still sells new starship troopers miniatures sealed in box.
Does anyone know of any place that still sells them?

Depending what you're after Rebel Minis picked up a number of the Starship Trooper bug moulds for use as big beasties for their 15mm game, so if you just want the figures rather than the mongoose packaging have a look here

Starship Troopers is too long dead to be a good choice of gae to get into. It will be a hard road if you have not yet trod it, if you want to add to an existing collection, or bitz for other armies go ahead. But if you want to break into Starship Troopers however may I advise you not to try, write off the system and get another one. because unless you are immensely lucky you will not achieve your goal.
It may be possible in some future to find an entire collection up for sale somewhere, somehow, at that point you can reconsider and make a single bulk purchase. Until that happy day arrives start a guard or nid army, it will likely be a more rewarding experience.

I pass no judgement on the quality or the game rules or miniatures, and accept you might or may not like the game or franchise. My recommendations are based solely on availability of stock.

Don't worry I know the game is pretty much dead. Its not why I want the models, mainly its because im a big starship troopers fan since I was younger and always wanted some figures.

I just literally want to pick up a bunch to model and paint up and have on display.

Ok, ebay then, you will easily pick up enough random miniatures to fill a display cabinet, so long as you don't expect to make an 'army lists' without a long search.
