Hey everyone just picked up necrons here's my list so far.

HQ
Orikan the diviner-165

Elites:
Lychguard-shields-225
Ctan shard- writhing worldscape, something else idk yet-

That's all I have so far cause idk what to get next. I would like to run lots of flyers cause of divines re-roll and i like flyers. Writhing worldscape works with diviners rule of making first turn difficult terrain. Which turns it into dangerous. So help on what to do next and what to add to my list.
Any and all help will be nice thanks.

if you are wanting to use flyers as your main effort "so to speak". Then I would say start getting warriors, as it only takes 5 to field a cythe as their transport. The thing I learned with the new codecies coming out is that unlike most armies, necron strength is in the infantry. So you can never go wrong with ground pounders. I usually take 2 units of immortals, and warriors in 2 Arks. Obviously their vehicles are awesome, but 4-5 units of infantry is a lot of saves, a lot of gauss, and won't be targeted and destroyed turn one like a Doomsday Ark with 3 hull points would be. But everyone is different, I change my tactics every now and then to keep it fun.

Warriors are great for cheap scythes although I prefer immortals.

I wouldn't get a doom scythe for heavy support as I find annihilation barges much better although they don't fit your plans for a flyer heavy army.

Doomsday arks are only truly effective if you leave them as sitting ducks.

Scarabs can be useful, especially if you face tanks on the frontline.

Wraiths and destroyer lords are always fun if you want boots on the ground.
