Hey all, I've been looking into lots of lists/armies lately. Now I'm checking into some genocidal (yet QUIRKY) killbots lol
750pts here goes!

Illuminor Szeras

x7 Tesla Immortals
x7 Warriors in Ghost Ark
x6 Warriors

Szeras is a decent and cheap HQ with some nice gear and buffing ability, but can i get something better? I know the Barges are stupidly good and hard to pass up, and I think the rest is ok. Im pretty sure the Ark can make more Warriors to bolster the initial squads. I wouldn't mind throwing in Crypteks to bolster the infantry units, but for 750 I'm not sure what would be worth dropping.

Any Overlords care to throw some ideas in?

Have you started purchasing models yet? ... Honestly Szeras is not very good since he does not unlock a royal court as an option and his buff is mediocre - at the same time your best bet for a HQ minus a named would be a overlord using a warscythe and MSS (even with the named only a few have certain gimmicks that could be worth it - normally the overlord is your best bet).

If you have not started buying models yet this is what I would suggest

Necron Overlord (Warscythe, Mindshackle Scarabs) - 115

Necron Warriors (5 Necron Warriors, Ghost Ark) - 180
Necron Warriors (5 Necron Warriors, Ghost Ark) - 180

Annihilation Barge (Tesla) - 90
Annihilation Barge (Tesla) - 90
Annihilation Barge (Tesla) - 90

= 745

I like Annihilation Barges, but are they really THAT necessary? Im not unappreciative of the comment mind you, I just wonder if that's all there is to Necron Heavy Support. I know they're cheap as free, but I guess I'm just curious.

Also, what about Praetorians, it seems like everyone craps all over them, and I can sorta see why but there has to be some place for jump infantry with short ranged weaponry (Rods or Blades?) Lol
