Ok, so I have just started playing WH40k and im getting into Vanilla Space Marines and looking to build a 1500 point list. Some of the models i already have, and some are planned. i often play just casual games at local game store, but as with anyone, i like winning and want to get in on some tourneys later on so input is appreciated.

Space Marines Imp Guard Chapter Tactics:
HQ- Captain w/ Artificer + Primarch's Wrath
=130 -already own-

Troop - Tact Sq (10) w/ Combi-flamer, F, PC and Dedicated Rhino(stock)
=205 -already own-

Troop - Tact Sq (10) w/ Combi-Plasma, PG, LC and Dedicated Razorback w/ TL Assault Cannon
=220

Fast Attack - Assault Squad(5) w/ vet sarge + PF, MB
=125 -already own-

Fast Attack - Land Speeder Squad (3) w/ Typhoon ML
=225

Heavy Support - Predator w/ TL LC and LC side sponsons
=140

Heavy Support - Storm Raven w/ TL Assault Cannon + Typhoon ML + HB side sponsons
=255 -already own-

Elite - Sternguard Veteran Squad (10) w/ 2x HF, and probably a Drop Pod for 35 more, then some combi MG/F if i have points for em.

(Optional) Elite - Venerable Dreadnaught w/ TL autocannon x2

So im a little over 1500, and i also wanted to buy a 10 man scout squad with snipers and 1 ML, and then get an aegis line w/ quad gun and stick Sgt Telion with them as an allied detactment w/ a libby kitted out with JP + Shield Eternal for Ultramarine allies(would DS libby w/ assault marines) =445 OR Stick the libby in w/ 9 Sternguard and give him termy armor and Combi/ PW relic.
