Here's my take on competitive pure Eldar. The idea is to be able to go on tournaments and win stuff with this list. What do you guys think?

Farseer: singing spear; Eldar jetbike. 120

6 Striking Scorpions: Striking Scorpion Exarch (scorpion's claw). 142
5 Fire Dragons: Fire Dragon Exarch (firepike). 135
• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135

9 Dire Avengers: Dire Avenger Exarch. 127
• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135
9 Dire Avengers: Dire Avenger Exarch. 127
• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135
3 Windrider Guardians: shuriken cannon. 61
3 Windrider Guardians: shuriken cannon. 61

5 Warp Spiders: Warp Spider Exarch. 105

Wraithlord: 2× flamer; ghostglaive; bright lance. 145

5 Dark Reapers: Dark Reaper Exarch (starshot missiles). 170

Should I stick with Wraithlords or go for Prisms? Then I guess I'd have to drop the Reapers as everything is mobile except them. What about Spiders? Should I go for one big unit or like in my list 2 small ones?
Thanks for help!

Executing Exarch

The Twilight Zone

In large, you don't need exarches for your squads. Just take 10 normal dire avengers and 5 normal dragons. Scorpion exarch with claw is a must and the main reason to take scorpions. If you must have the dragon exarch, just take fast shot(shot per point it is cheaper and more accurate than another dragon). The scorpions are probably too small to make combat, so either buy them a serpent and use them as a late game counter-assault/denial unit, get more, or drop altogether.

Spider exarchs are also not required. Do keep the reaper exarch, and always take fast shot/night vision.

I like my warp spider teams small, but I play them as surgical removal of small units or armor. Some people like big units-neither is wrong, just depends on what you are using them for.

If you go prisms and mech up then yes, you would drop the reapers for something. Wraithlords are not the most competitive unit in the codex, but they are ok. Always take dual guns, and the same as your other gun(exception is scatter/star or scatter/shuri).

Without the mantle on the farseer, you are best combining your windrider squads into 1 unit of 6 to bodyguard.

Changed the list more or less according to your recommendation. Dropped Scorpions, switched to Harlequins since 10 Scorpions in a Serpent world be a bit too expensive point wise. I rather keep 2 units of bikes for last minute objectives. I'm not too sure about heavy now, should I go for Scorpions in a serpent, drop Harlequins, drop Wraithlords and get a Wraithknight?

Farseer: Mantle of the Laughing God; singing spear; Eldar jetbike. 160

5 Fire Dragons 110
• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135
9 Harlequins: Troupe Master; Shadowseer; 4× Harlequin's kiss. 228

9 Dire Avengers 117
• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135

• Wave Serpent: Holo-fields; twin-linked scatter laser. 135
3 Windrider Guardians 51
3 Windrider Guardians: shuriken cannon. 61

7 Warp Spiders 133

Wraithlord: 2× flamer; ghostglaive; bright lance. 145

5 Dark Reapers: Dark Reaper Exarch (starshot missiles; Night Vision). 175

Drop 1 avenger from each squad and buy 4 more kisses for the rest of the harlequins, and keep a power weapon on troupe master.

If you could drop the avengers down to 5 man squads each then thats enough points (72) for:

Double lances on both WLs -40
Spirit stone of anathan-15
Another cannon on jetbike squad-10
And 7pts for what ever ails you.
