I wondered if any one had some suggestions on a list I was working on. Im a new player and was looking to make a good TAC list. Im looking for it to be competitive enough where I can learn and win some games ,but not looking to be entering any tournaments. So heres where I'm at with 180 pts to go:

Librarian

10 man Tactical Squad
Flamer
Plasma Cannon
Razorback

10 man Tactical Squad
Flamer
Plasma Cannon
Razorback

5 man Devastator Squad
4 x Lascannons

Thunderfire Cannon

Skyshield Landing Pad

820

Now with that I know the list has no anti-air. I was thinking of adding a Stormtalon with Lascannons for anti-air and using the remaining points to make the Librarian a lvl 2 psyker with about 25pts still left over after that. My thought was that I can combat squad the tacs and pound away at the opp with the thunderfire, devs, plasma cannons and heavy bolters before moving up field with the remaining tacs later in the game towards objectives once the enemy has been whittled down. Im honestly not set on this list ,but I do like using dev squads to make use of tank hunter and the thunderfire to hurt troops. I also though about switching the skyshield for a aegis defense line with quad gun to add some AA punch to the list. That would make the dev squad and thunder fire slightly more vulnerable though. As always your thoughts are appreciated.
