These stats were written for the leader of my Tau army, but could also be used for O'Govah.

Scout Rifle: This is a Rail Rifle with the Pinning rule that includes a networked Markerlight. Mon'sep can fire both the Markerlight and the Rail Rifle in the same turn.

Piranha X-2: The Piranha X-2 chassis' drones are armed with a single Fusion Blaster each and its usual weapons mount has been replaced with a forward-firing Missile Pod. It is equipped with Decoy Launchers and an experimental Terrain Mapper system.

Signature System (Terrain Mapper): Mon'sep and any squadron of Piranhas she joins gain the Acute Senses rule.

Signature System (Advanced Shield): Mon'sep and her unit have a 3+ invulnerable save.

Bail Out: While in her Piranha X-2, Mon'sep may join squadrons of Piranhas in the same manner as an Independent Character. If Mon'sep's Piranha is destroyed, roll a d6. On a roll of a 2+, replace her with a model on foot with the above profile. She may no longer join Skimmer squads, but she can join Infantry squads. If her Drones are still attached to the Piranha, each detaches automatically if she survives the wreck and join her.

Advance Force: Piranha (not including Piranha TX-42) and Tetra skimmers may be taken as Troops in an army led by Shas'el Ksi'm'yen Mon'sep, and Pathfinder squads are Scoring.

Seems very good overall, but you might want to make the shield 4+ (although with the points cost it might be justified).
