Somewhere around Brussels...

Hi all.

I did this fig yesterday using a standard CSM trooper from the box.

Undercoated with Tamiya's light grey primer. Few details in Balthazar Gold for the copper effect.

Entirely washed with green Astonian Camoshade then with brown Agrax Earthshade.

Added some pigments earth/rust on the lower parts of the fig and the weapon.

It's not intended to win a contest but a trial to paint quickly a dozen in the same way.

Your opinion gents?

Looks great!

Just be sure to make the eyes really pop. Try bright goblin green eye lenses.

Add some detail to the shoulder pads, decals or freehand a design. Maybe that will be bright red. You can add some metallics to the bolter- it wouldn't hurt.


Add those two things plus a bright base and it's good to go!
