Since the Space Marine update Black Templar have been merged into the Space Marine codex which I haven't bought. I have my old models but I don't know if I have should still have them. So here is a list of my models.

1 Emperors Champion

1 Chapter Master with power axe and jump pack

2 Dreadnoughts both with Close Combat Weapon 1 with assault cannon the other with a Multi-melta

5 Terminators sergeant has a power sword

5 Sternguard Veterans 3 with combi weapons

5 Vanguard Vetrens 4 with thunder hammers and storm shield, sergeant with a power axe and plasma pistol

20 Crusaders 1 with power fist and bolt pistol 3 with bolt pistol and chain swords, 1 with plasma gun, 2 with rocket launcher, 2 with flamers rest with boltguns

1 Razorback with lascannon

1 Landraider

My original plan was to stick the Emperors Champion with 5 crusader with close combat weapons and 1 with a flamer and charge them up, stick my chapter master with my vanguard veterans together and charge them up. The rest just kill what they can. And use the razorback as cover for the Emperors Champion and his squad.

Will this still work? Or do I need to get some other stuff to help. I would pick and mix the the elites so that it does fit with the force orgonisation chart.

I don't have the SM codex, but all of these models are still useable.

You *should* be able to use them as you did before.

All of those models are fairly good except for the Terminators and Vanguard and even they can be good.
