The only problem I have is having the ironclad without a drop pod. With his load out it's gonna take 2 to 3 turns to get him into a position where he is doing some heavy lifting.

Yeah shave some points. I'd actually dump the predator to pick up a drop pod for the Ironclad and a Rhino for the second Tac squad. Also, doesn't an Ironclad come Stock with Meltagun/Storm Bolter? I believe you have to pay to replace the SB not the MG.
