Due to new cypher rules I m thinking that its a nice opportunity for a new conversion. So I don't like the model that already exist, and due to the new art in the dataslate, I think a more badasz model will be appropriate. So my idea is to use the dark angels DV librarian model, add the cypher original backpack, remove some symbols, add 2 pistols plus a big impressive sword. Do you think its viable? I mean, do you think its a good idea? Plus adding some skulls for the final touch!

You should consider replacing the chest piece/tabard with one that is styled more towards Cypher.
Example of replacement:
Also, think about trimming back the psychic hood to look less like a psychic hood.
you should be able to cut/file it down to look like a simple armour plate at the back of his regular hood.

Good luck
Peace
