Another Stormtalon (Skyhammer) + 5 Scouts (camo cloaks, sniper rifles) > Stormraven.

Not competitive at all. A bike list should have all 6 troops slots filled. Lots of wasted points (standard, cc upgrades in bike squads, hurricane bolters) and weird weapon mixes (multimeltas in grav squads, vet squad is a total mess) and missing auto includes (matched combi weapons).

I don't like the lascannon on the Storm Raven. Why have you taken it given that the Assault cannon is better against vehicles and infantry.

Where as the guard contingent seems to be taken purely as an overcosted Vendetta when it could be adding so much more.

You need efficiency, your units need defined roles. Drop all the upgrades that don't directly impact the units ability to do its job.

Sorry, but 10 bikers, 5 scouts and 5 veteran guardsmen are not enough for 1850 pts.
They can be easily killed in 2 turns of shooting..
