Here's a list I've been trying to hash out-

Tyranids(200pts)

Troop-
Tyranid Warrior Brood(3 models-115pts)
Warrior(1)-Toxin Sacs [Leader]
Warrior(2)-Toxin Sacs [Indomitable Specialist-Feel No Pain]
Warrior(3)- Toxin Sacs, Barbed Strangler [Weapon Specialist-Ignore Cover]

Fast Attack-
Gargoyle Brood(14 models-84pts)
Gargoyle(1)- [Combat Specialist-Hatred]

199pts, with 17 models. Would it be worth it to give the Gargoyles Toxin Sacs, or the Warriors Deathspitters? Maybe Rending Claws? Any input would be welcome.

Honestly, I'd say wait for the next codex to drop before putting too much thought into a Nid Kill Team.

With pre-orders not until the 11th(or 4th), I think I'll have plenty of time to get a few games in.

I would give Toxin Sacs to the Gargoyles. It dramatically increases their damage output in CC. I would not take Toxin Sacs on the Warriors.

So drop a gargoyle , take the toxins away from warriors, and give them to the gargoyles? Would it be better to just field more gargoyles without toxin sacs? What about Deathspitters on the warriors?

I've found Deathspitters (and Warriors in general) to be pretty lackluster. The Devourers are probably the most cost-efficient option.

My 2 lists

3x Warrior
Hive Guard
Tyrant Guard

3x Warrior
Hive Guard
12 Gargoyles

The latter might be worth considering based on your list.

Even though they are more cost-efficient, would not the increased strength and ap mean something in a kill team environment? The -1 leadership modifier of devourers is about useless, so the Deathspitter would be a straight upgrade.

Uh, you can't take a tyrant guard without a tyrant, not to mention it being hq. I've considered the bottom list before actually, but I felt the large blast and extra gargoyles would be more useful.
