We're running a gauntlet, and before you ask I managed to get these Angron rules to be the house rules for him. Since there are only two Legion players (me included) at the FLGS and we both play WE, we appreciate this.
I don't like to list tailor too heavily but 2/4 of the opposing players are playing Eldar, one other is playing 'Crons, and the last is playing 'Nids.
They're are no flyers allowed in these games, so that's something I don't have to plan for.
Well, here we go.
Lords of War
Angron Primarch of the World Eaters

Wargear: Gorefather and Gorechild, The Butcher's Nails, Armor of Mars
-Gorefather and Gorechild: S:+2, AP:2, +1 Attack (already in profile), Murderous Strike, Armorbane
-The Butcher's Nails: For every Character, or Infantry Unit Angron kills (removes the last model from) he gains an additional base attack with a max base attack stat of 10 (Gorefather doesn't count)
-Armor of Mars: This grants Angron a 3+ armor save and a 4+ Invulnerable save
-Sire of the World Eaters: Angron has the Furious Charge USR and a 6+ Feel No Pain,
-Blood on the Sands: Angron may issue as many challenges as he has attacks, and can accept challenges with only one attack.
-God of War: Angron gives all World Eaters Infantry within 9 inches the ability to reroll charge distances and the Rampage USR.

The Strategy:
The game is being played until the last model is killed.
We're playing on a relatively small table with only 24-26 inches between my models and the opponents. The board also has tons of LOS denying terrain, due to being a REAL cityscape. As such I can expect the opponents to be playing melee armies as well.

The idea with the Librarians is that they both get Invisibility and for a secondary power Puppet Master. Invisibility is meant to be cast on (what else) the Gal Vorbak units which contain the Librarians, and Angron. This will make them absolutely unstoppable. The targets for Puppet Master are going to be Trygons, Wraithknights, and the like

The 2 Unbelievably scary Gal Vorbak units, along with Angron (they don't know which Angron is in ) board the 2 Spartan Assault Tanks and ride to the Enemy lines. These tanks are all but indestructible.
After 2 turns the melee begins and due to the Spartans being assault vehicles the Gal Vorbak charge out dealing untold Devastation They likely kill whatever they charge no matter the size that one turn. Angron himself attacks a banshee squad and likely massacres them the 1st turn of combat before they can retaliate or even blink. He adds on 2 attacks to his growing attack stat. He is likely unwounded from this.
What happens after this is anyone's guess. The Gal Vorbak and Angron will without doubt have to deal with Wraith Guard and a few Wraith Lords.
Edit: The game has been changed to 2750 points. This is mainly due to me bitching at my friends.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

I would love some feedback on this.

As far as I am aware your ally cannot take a Lord of War, so unless you're using an alternate FOC you can't take Lorgar and Angron in the same army. Unless you expect to face titans, Iron Arm > Puppet Master for Lorgar. Even with the Spartan's legendary durability, I don't think two is enough target saturation at 2.75k. Either commit to a full armoured assault with four or more or go for a pure foot army.

You are also light on troops, my personal take would be grab pride of the legion and just take a bunch of terminators with Heavy Flamers in Spartans, an Armoured spearhead with some flamers to clear out infantry hiding in cover.

What are they taking. It's extremely hard to say how effective this list would be at such a high points cost when we don't know the unit restrictions on the opponents force. I have to say for a 2750 points this list is weak. Arguably very fun but weak. If you face ANY destroyer weapons you're doomed. They will easily destroy the Spartans that your list relies on. Once that happens you're dead.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Angron can join Gal Vorbak. Be warned if they are running moritats which they very well could be in such a close quarter environment as you say.
A single mortitat could kill one of the Gal Vorbak squads in a single phase. Basically if they bring D weapons, you've lost. Anyway enjoy it should be fun if not very competitive.
PS I would use flare shields on the Spartans.

Honestly if you have one of can make one, use a warhound Titan. Double turbolasers is the ideal setup but in the power armoured environment of 30k the Vulcan mega Bolter and inferno cannon suffice almost as well.

I was going for very fun. Some restrictions are no Flyers and no S: D.
I'm facing Eldar, Tyranids, and Necrons. I won't have to deal with Moriats. I should bring some.....
I really should get some flare shields on the Spartans.
I'm also pretty sure the rules for Lords of War are 1 per primary detachment.

Can you distribute apothecaries? Giving your big squads FNP seems too good to pass up.

Otherwise, the bases have been covered.

Can you ally in B'elakor or is that a step too far?

With the correct right of war. He would be punishing in this match up with an obvious lack of AA due to the no fliers.

Don't think B'el is available to Legions.
You definitely need more troops. 2750 and you have a total of 52 pairs of boots on the ground, admittingly two of them are tough to kill, but very doable, primarchs. I don't play 1k or higher unless its a special list(drop pod or Terror assault) that doesn't have at least a 20 man squad of tacticals.

I haven't looked at what your elite guys do but I think you are putting a ton of faith into 2 squads of power armor dudes.

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!
