I recently came up with a Deathwing list, and I'd love some feedback:

HQ
Belial
Libie (Termie, mastery 2, lion's rawr)
Deathwing command squad (banner of Fortitude, 1 SS/TH, CMM, Champ)

ELITES
Venerable Dready (assault cannon, heavy flamer)

TROOPS
D Squad (5 SS/TH, CMM)
D Squad (1 SS/TH, CMM)
D Squad (1 SS/TH, Assault Cannon, chainfist)
D Squad (1 SS/TH, Assault Cannon)

And thats all. The Rawr is a combi weapon that is a one use plasma cannon (of sort), and the Banner confers FNP to all units within 12". What do you think? Is it viable?

Lions roar isn't needed, nor is the dreadnought. Take them if you like fluff and theme.

I presume CMM is actually CML.

Personally I wouldn't give 1TH/SS to each squad. the reason is that you lose a little firepower, and if you intend for him to block high ap shots then he will be at the front of the squad, so will die to regular fire first.

You have an assault terminator squad, a landraider goes well with them. Without it you will be footslogging or deepstriking, enither of which is great for an assault unit.

I would consider a pfg on the librarian instead of the roar, it will help boost the survivability of a squad a little.
