This is my first try in assembling a death wing army for fun games mostly using chaos terminators as count as its a good excuse to get my terminators some live action rather than sitting on the shelf

Neither of your lists are legal, as the termi serg can not take PF and he's struck with PS.
You will face the classic DW list problems: incredibly low model count, yet in a 1500 point...

Anyway, 10 men termi squad are likely a "hey! shot over here!" really, better if you keep two 5 men squads.
Between the two i prefer list A for effeciency but list B sound more fluffy with no green armour (except for WW)
