Lots of different Imperial loyalist and traitor forces in 40K use red as the base uniform color:

Adeptus Mechanicus
Inquisition
Adeptus Ministorum (Ecclesiarchy)
Blood Angels
World Eaters
Word Bearers
and a host of other loyalist and traitor Space Marine chapters...

What colors are people using to differentiate between Mechanicum red and Ecclesiarchal red?
Or between Word Bearers red and World Eaters red? Inquisition and Blood Angels?

My thoughts on differentiating the colors are:

Adeptus Mechanicus: Rusty, orangish red; the color of Mars
Inquisition: spectrum red
Adeptus Ministorum (Ecclesiarchy) Slightly purplish red
Blood Angels: Bright red with a slight hint of orange
World Eaters: darkish bloody red
Word Bearers: even darker red

Anyone else? Please discuss both how the colors should be different between the different forces and how to achieve those colors with paint.
