hey dakka, I'm currently reading "false gods" (amasing book by the way)
and am up to the part where

any way, earlier when the Astartes punched the remembrancers/ army troops/ mortals, keeler is seen giving pamphlets to the wounded. maloghast is aware of this, but does not care. but earlier, both mersadie and karkasy are extremely distressed by the news of keeler's religion, suggesting sever punishment if anyone finds out, so im wondering, what would the punishment for worshiping the emperor as a god been?
I would assume the destruction of religious texts and icons in the persons possession, but this 40K we're talking about, so I assume execution?
