Hello, I've been playing tau for a year now and decided my sept would be Kel'shan. But I'm having a hard time finding fluff about them. I know about R'alai, the R'Varna, and their use of XV9's. But I've also read they don't like other xeno's, and are patrolling some warp rift thing, what else is there that is worth noting? Codex and wiki don't say much.

Also, I play apocolypse a lot and make use of 5 crisis commanders+ farsight to lead my xv8 teams. Is it common in a tau army to have multiple Shas'O?
