So I have a year or more to create at least one killteam/army for each faction of 40K but I want to do more thematic fun stuff on them than what you see usually and what I've done until now.

I already have:
SM: Crimson Fists and Dark Angels
CSM: Nurgle Fly Lords and some Word Bearers
Necron: Using a Black Rock Shooter theme. (Lots of Black and grey, with white stripes and symbols with brightly colored little details.)
Eldar: Self created Craftworld
Dark Eldar: Self created Cabal
Orks: Had an own scheme. But as it turns out it looked a lot like the codex cover art Ork.

So for my next armies/killteams I wanted to do something more special and or thematic.

Till now I have an idea for a new Chaos Marines or Chaos Demons army: Nurgle's Rotting Circus or Tzeentch's Ironic Circus/Freakshow.
Pleague marines with clownfaces. Acrobats on swings underneath a Hellturkey. Circus-tent ontop of a Landraider (Well not a bit one but just big enough to cover the roof of the Landraider).
But I have no idea where to start with them or use the same idea on Demons.

So do anybody have some ideas? Don't mind for wichever army.

What about a Fight Club themed Imperial Guard army? The troops could be bald headed "Space Monkey" members of Project Mayhem, and you could do a cool Ursarkar Creed/ Colour Sgt. Kell conversion of Tyler Durden and Jack. I haven't read the Kill Team rules, can you take HQ choices? If not, making a regular sgt. look like Tyler Durden and one of the troopers as Jack could still work.

Victoria Miniatures even has some really characterful bald penal legion heads which would make awesome Space Monkeys models.

Lol the army emblem could be a pink bar of soap like the movie cover.
