Hello Everyone,
Im new to wargaming and this site but id like to start out by making a complete campaign
Which includes, The terrain, armies and of course the backround
So what I have so far is that the Tyranids are invading Kreig.
The Kreig call in for backup but they don't arrive until later (Turn Threeish)
Then that allied army turns on Kreig and call in their own backup
The whole battle is a large mess but the winner isn't decided.
So the basic setup of the game would be last man standing.

4000pts Tyranids-Cant write list due to new codex
2500pts Death Korps- Would like help with list
1500pts-???
1500pts-Necrons- List help as well

So any ideas for anything about this project would be helpful.

I'd get a few (dozen) games under your belt before committing to something like this.

Ok we'll I'm still gonna half to build the list for any army so I think I'll start with the necrons because I know I'm gonna play them and they aren't going through a change right now. So any list help would be appreciated

you know Krieg is a planet post nuclear armageddon?

consider playing an underground based zone mortalis game using proxies with wood and cardboard.

cap your list at 1000pts and you have a starting point.

i wouldnt consider krieg to be a force that asks for back up - they gladly throw lives away for the emperor and it would be more likely that a space marine fleet has engaged and destroyed the singular tyranid ship and has come to investigate/destroy the remains. Think Ordo Xenos inquisitor led force of deathwatch.

dont bite off more than you can chew with it - most people build and paint forces over an extended time period. my DKOK are a year in at 2.5k so far with no super heavies and will double over the next 12 months with more deathriders and artillery.
