Sticking with uriah gives one sisters blob a 5+ invul save and prayers
One blob starts in or near the bastion, ant air and some heavy bolter support. there are 3 condemor boltguns for antipsycher. Might put some in dominion squads.
Gives me 3 x d6 str 8 ap 1, 4 twin linked multi melta, 2 twin linked heavy flamers, 12 melta guns, 1 plasma gun, 4 flamer and 4 heavy flamer. I can scout, get reroll on failed armour and shield of faith rolls in up to 4 units.

Uriah is probably the best HQ choice, so no problem there.

Personally I'm not a fan of plasmaguns on priests. You will normally be bubble wrapping them, to make sure your squad remains where it is. So why risk killing the linchpin with a gets hot roll?

Condemnor Boltguns aren't as good as they used to be. They only cause a perils on a successful wound, making them useless vs those 2++ units,and are a waste of points vs armies with no psykers.

Do you want all your sisters with Heavy flamers? For the squad in the bastion a heavy bolter might get more use.

Do you want the heavy flamers on the immolators? Personally I prefer MM. As the tank is not fast you can only move 6 if you want to fire the flamer, at least the MM can TL snapfire. The sister squads all have flamers, do you need anymore?

Domintions really want 4 meltas per squad.

Exorcists are great, consider giving them storm bolters to give them a 50% chance of ignoring weapon destroyed results.

Overall I'd remove the weapons from the priests, use these 35 points to give the exorcists a storm bolter each, and give the dominion squads 2 more meltaguns. Maybe change the heavy weapon of the blob squads to HB's, as they will get to shoot more, and keep the flamers in the immo squads.

Hvy bolters could be good I was thinking flamers for when I was being charged.
