I've just started playing w40k, but I already knew some things about it so I decided to make my own army list. My question for you is what do you think of this army list? Would it work? And what can make it better?
This is my 1500 points Eldar army list:
HQ:
1 Illic Nightspear
1Warlock council + Singing spear + Eldar jetbike
Troops:
2x 5 pathfinders
Elites:
7(+1) Striking scorpions / exarch: biting blade
5 fire dragons
--> Wave serpent + Twin-linked brightlances
Fast Attack:
4(+1) Warp spiders / exarch: twin linked deathspinners
3 shining spears
Heavy Support:
3 Dark reapers: All with Starshot Missiles
1 Fire Prism
1 wraithknight with Ghostglaive and Scattershield
My striking scorpions infiltrate, and my fire dragons inside the wave serpent

What are the tactics you're thinking of as that will make it easier to provide some advice as the Eldar tend to be an army of specialists but suffer if they end up in the wrong role.
Are you planning on infiltrating the scorpions in the wave serpent? If not I'd be tempted to move the fire dragons into it instead. The fire prism doesn't have a transport capacity so you'll either need to move the dragons into the serpent instead or find points for another transport.
One warlock on it's own might not be that effective depending on what you are planning on using him for though depending on the power you roll it would make it much easier to put the offensive power exactly where you need it to be and he can also do a reasonable job of vehicle hunting.

Are you going for assault? The rangers and illic art going to so much as a support if that's what you are thinking. Fire dragons with out a serpent are ez to pick off. The scorps really do not need the serpent.

I was thinking of maybe using mele as a decoy to keep them busy and shoot them down with my ranged or because it's so mobile, just force them to mistakes and then snipe them.
As for the warlock, I was planning to send thim wih the other ejb's because he's realy dangerous with that singing spear.
And i don't have my codex with me right now but I thought fire prism had a cap of 6? It's just to keep them safe the first 2 turns. And same for the scorps, it's to prevent them from losing units before i get close enough

You might be thinking of the falcon which has the capacity of 6 (which is also a nice choice of a tank and almost as good at anti armour as the fire prism depending on how you kit it out).
Oh yeah forgot the other jetbikes were there. In that case if you give the warlock conceal you get quite a hardy unit as the shining spears can get skilled rider which would couple with conceal and the jink save for the bikes.
Scorpions should be ok if you just infiltrate them in terrain as they wont be able to assualt out of the wave serpent (though thanks to the infiltrate rule you will be able to infiltrate the tank too).
