I decided to start my first army about three weeks ago. I ended up buying 2 boxes of hormagaunts and 2 carnifex for 50% off from my LGS. I'm working on putting together the models and trying to decide how to equip my carnifex. Anyone able to help me out? If it matters, I'm planning on picking up the new swarm box to round out my army. If you're talking about actually assembling your carnifex, I would recommend magnetizing the arms. You can find guides for doing so online.

Gameplay-wise, I will either be fielding mine with scything talons and adrenal glands or two sets of T/L Brainleech Devourers.

Out of everything you've bought I would highly suggest you buy a Hive tyrant and atleast 1 more synapse creature.
