I don't know if this is in any way competitive, but we do have a lot of tourney plays in my Meta and they are all really good.

My Meta runs the gamut of what armies are available and there is a lot of variation between each player.

Are my lists any good?

Can't see a benefit of Jack Marshalling the Charger to the ATGM. With no way of getting him Focus you can't make use of the Powerful attack he has. Personally I would drop him and the Black 13th and get a Hunter and Arlan.

As for Nemo3 what other Jacks do you have and do you have any Storm Guard or a StormStrider as both of those get great Mileage with his Feat.

I have access to a Thunderhead, but I'm finding it really tough to drop anything to find the extra 2pts to field it.

I have Rowdy and an Ironclad too.

The benefit with the ATGM marshalling a Charger is that it will still be under the Deadeye from eHaley and that if it gets the crit, it won't need to boost. Also has some utility with the ATGM powers and still getting the 2nd shot.

It's worked so far in testing.

The ATGM are still better than Arlan here.

I have a fair amount of full stealth lists in my Meta. They will be needed.

It doesn't benefit from Dead eye when you cast on the Gun Mages. It's not part of the unit.

You could drop both WA to get it.

Making the SB unit auto hit and then having the extra bodies in the unit helps.

Considering Reinholdt and something else ATM. Possibly one WA.
