The idea is to have the flyrants going forward while the rest marches up the field while shrouded by the thropes.
The warriors will hang behind themm for some extra and shooting a bit.
Tervigon for synapse in the back with the Biovores,Hiveguard proding some extra phycic power and troops. ( always staying at least 12 inch from the gaunts )

I'd probably swap the Hive guard for Zoans who seem better and cheaper now (and that gives you more Synapse). I would drop the Warriors and spend those points elsewhere (more Zoans, another Fex, that missing Biovore).

My concern is that the Hive Tyrants are on a suicide mission giving up STW and and doing little beyond providing easy target priority in turn 1 for your opponent.
